Thomas Alaniz just informed me that the U.S. Mint is not returning the the Lincoln Memorial reverse design that was in place from 1959-2008, now that the 2009 special issues are history.  The new reverse will be a classic shield design, as depicted in the following image from the U.S. Mint's website (http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/lincolnRedesign/?action=2010Penny):

Open question: Does this mean we should start saving Memorial cents we find in case they become valuable in 75 years?
