2014 RTHC Annual Roundup
Sunday, April 13, 2014
Rancho Jurupa Park, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509

All RTHC members, non-members, and members of other detecting and prospecting clubs are welcome to attend.  General admission is free (although there is a park entry fee of $5/adult and $2/child OR a special rate of $8/car if you mention our event at the gate).  We will have three paid hunts (Token Hunt, Old Coin Quest, and the Silver Challenge).  There are limits on each of these hunts but registration will be open on the day of the event for any hunt not yet filled up.  Note that we're about 100% full on all three hunts as of 03/16/14 but plan to raise limits at our Wednesday Annual Roundup Committee meeting so please send your registration form and payment ASAP and notify Cliff Duplissis by email that your form is on its way (with details on the number of hunts) so he'll have these numbers handy when we set the new limits so we don't leave anyone out.

We'll also have a free kids' hunt (Little Dirt Pirates Hunt) and other activities, as well as a 50/50 drawing and a Ways & Means Raffle for thousands of dollars of coins, detectors, pin-pointers and treasure hunting-related prizes.  We plan on having a Garrett AT Pro in the Token Hunt, a White's M6, a White's MXT All Pro and possibly a third unspecified detector in the Ways & Means Raffle.  We'll also have at least two Garrett PRO-POINTERS and several White's Bullseye II pin-pointers in the Token Hunt and Raffle.

Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided by the Club at no charge (meal ticket required) and cold bottled water will be provided for free to all.  Attendees are asked to bring their own drinks if they'd like as well as a potluck item or similar such as chips, etc. to share with everyone.  You may bring your own food and pass on the freebies if you'd like.

In order to make it easier to download forms for this year's event, we've set up a temporary Facebook page (RTHC - 2014 Annual Roundup) where you can find the registration form to sign up for hunts or just register for your free meal ticket.
